Chandler Truck Accessories Return Policy

At Chandler Truck Accessories, we understand the importance of flexibility and convenience when it comes to shipping and returns. Here’s what you need to know:

General Returns

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning any materials. Customers have 30 days from the product delivery date to return items for a refund. All returns are subject to warehouse inspection and must be in new and unused condition. The buyer is responsible for prepaying return shipping costs, and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Installed products cannot be returned. That said call us we can see what we can do to help you out.  

Shipping Damage

If there is any shipping damage to the outside of the box please either refuse or mark the shipment "Damage Subject to Inspection". This will allow us to make a claim with the shipping company. Shipping damage must be noted to be eligible for a return. Please call us if you have any questions. We will try our best to work with you. 

Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise must remain at the buyer’s location until return or disposal authorization is granted. Returns must have a Return Authorization Number and be shipped freight prepaid using the most economical method. Credit will be issued based on inspection and original purchase price.

Shipping Errors

If incorrect merchandise is received, the buyer must notify the seller immediately. The product should be returned freight prepaid via truck or UPS. The buyer will be reimbursed for the product cost and any additional shipping charges due to the error.

Ordering Errors

Standard merchandise may be returned within 30 days, provided it remains in new and unused condition. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, and a 30% restocking fee will apply. Special orders and custom-manufactured products cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee & Inspection

A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days from the date of receipt. All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. If the product has been removed from the box and installed, it is NOT eligible for return.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIABILITY POLICY

We, at Chandler Equipment Inc., warranty all Chandler truck and trailer accessories we sell to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of shipment from our warehouse or ten years from purchase date (accompa- nied with a copy of original invoice), subject only to the following: 
1. Chandler Equipment Inc.’s liability under this warranty (and under any other war- ranty expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise) is limited to repair, or at Chandler Equipment Inc.’s option, replacement of all parts which are shown to have been defective when shipped, and then only if Chandler Equipment Inc. is notified of such defects within such warranty period and such defective parts are promptly delivered to its warehouse at 4180 West Sunset, Springdale, AR 72762, transportation charges prepaid. Chandler Equipment Inc.’s liability for incidental and consequential damage is hereby excluded to the full extent permitted by applicable law. Chandler Equipment Inc.’s liability as stated herein cannot be altered or enlarged except by a writing signed by an officer of Chandler Equipment, Inc.
2. Damage caused by improper use or lack of proper maintenance is not warrantable.
