Chandler Truck Accessories Return Policy
At Chandler Truck Accessories, we understand the importance of flexibility and convenience when it comes to shipping and returns. Here’s what you need to know:
General Returns
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained before returning any materials. Customers have 30 days from the product delivery date to return items for a refund. All returns are subject to warehouse inspection and must be in new and unused condition. The buyer is responsible for prepaying return shipping costs, and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Installed products cannot be returned. That said call us we can see what we can do to help you out.
Shipping Damage
If there is any shipping damage to the outside of the box please either refuse or mark the shipment "Damage Subject to Inspection". This will allow us to make a claim with the shipping company. Shipping damage must be noted to be eligible for a return. Please call us if you have any questions. We will try our best to work with you.
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise must remain at the buyer’s location until return or disposal authorization is granted. Returns must have a Return Authorization Number and be shipped freight prepaid using the most economical method. Credit will be issued based on inspection and original purchase price.
Shipping Errors
If incorrect merchandise is received, the buyer must notify the seller immediately. The product should be returned freight prepaid via truck or UPS. The buyer will be reimbursed for the product cost and any additional shipping charges due to the error.
Ordering Errors
Standard merchandise may be returned within 30 days, provided it remains in new and unused condition. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, and a 30% restocking fee will apply. Special orders and custom-manufactured products cannot be returned.
Restocking Fee & Inspection
A 30% restocking fee applies to all returns. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days from the date of receipt. All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. If the product has been removed from the box and installed, it is NOT eligible for return.
